I want to thank you from my heart for helping me get rid of this terrible pain I’ve been living with for years-all because I could not afford the expense. I have been so very blessed by your generous kindness to help me financially. When my cousin went back home, he thought of why I had put this off for so long, and I was doubled blessed when he insisted to help me pay my bill.

I feel so wonderful! how fantastic it is to be able to take care of my teeth. Thank you!!! and thank you to your wonderful staff also. Everyone has been too kind to me even though I’m such a coward.

My front tooth chipped and I called for appt and they fit me in to accommodate when I could be there. Since it was MLK day they were busy but Dr Todd was personable and did a nice job fixing my tooth.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Gottlieb and his staff. They exceeded my expectations by being very informative and had a no nonsense approach to my dental health. From the moment I walked through the door I was treated with kindness and respect as a person and patient. Not like some other practices were you are nothing but a cash cow to be milked. I have found my family dentist for life.

My wife could not believe how nice and friendly we were greeted by your front desk staff when we walked in to your office. She was so impressed with your dental assistants since they had such great concern for her treatment and how they were so well trained in dentistry.

She commented on your techniques and your constant concern for her comfort. Its hard to believe that these comments are being said after a visit to a DENTIST. It sounds like she just came back from the SPA. She is completely impressed and that makes me feel grateful to you and your office. THANK YOU VERY MUCH Dr. Gottlieb.

Even with over a hour drive to your office, my wife wants to make you our new family dentist.

While on vacation out of state, I developed a painful, swollen tooth infection. Called the office, and within an hour Dr Gottlieb had a prescription called to a local pharmacy in that area. Saved my vacation, then promptly saw me in the office when I arrived home. Thank you so much!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I had a dental emergency and they got me in right away and took care of everything so quickly which is extremely important since I had a 19 month and 8 day old with me! Everyone was so friendly and kind, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The staff at Franklinville Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is amazing! Upon setting my appointment, I let the receptionist know I have had a fear of going to the dentist since I was a child and she reassured me that I would be ok. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a detailed explanation of my procedure. The wait may have only been 5 minutes, which gave me no time to reconsider and run out the door (which I have done in the past)!!! Ms. Judy was my hygienist and she was awesome! She made me feel very comfortable and even had me laughing. Absolutely no fear! (Give her a raise!!) After she completed my cleaning, she introduced Dr. Gottleib, who explained the next steps I would need to take on my journey to a beautiful smile. I was able to set my next appointment and I was given estimates on my copay. Exceptional customer service!!! Thank you!

The staff are extremely experienced, professional and genuine. Going to the dentist can be stressful. Dr.Gottlieb put me immediately at ease. Anna and the rest of the staff are great. I am extremely happy and satisfied with my experience with this dentist office. Highly recommend you visit.

I have gone to Dr Gottlieb. Dentist many years now. I have always gotten in quickly and the work has always been excellent. Recently I had a crown fall out on the weekend and I was able to get right in on Monday morning and have it re-glued into place with no problems at all. I hadn’t been there for at least two years but it was like just going in to family. My wife and I both go to Dr Gottlieb. Dentist and both recommend him highly.

Staff is friendly and listen to my needs and requests.
