Which is my norm with any dentist office from the moment I sit in the chair. After 35 years of hating / dreading missing appts cause I don’t wanna go to the dentist. I think I found success! The staff at Franklinville Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is amazing! Upon setting my appointment, I let the receptionist know I have had a fear of going to the dentist since I was a child and she reassured me that I would be ok. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a detailed explanation of my procedure. The wait may have only been 5 minutes, which gave me no time to reconsider and run out the door (which I have done in the past)!!! Ms. Judy was my hygienist and she was awesome! She made me feel very comfortable and even had me laughing. Absolutely no fear! (Give her a raise!!) After she completed my cleaning, she introduced Dr. Gottleib, who explained the next steps I would need to take on my journey to a beautiful smile. I was able to set my next appointment and I was given estimates on my copay. Exceptional customer service!!! Thank you!

What to say about Dr Gottlieb. Looking for an upbeat dentist? Look no more.He showed kindness right from his start. He was still under construction. But when. I had enough of a painful wisdom tooth he welcomed me right over. I have also had a root canal, pain free! My daughters started with him at 4 and 7. It’s a lot to know your kids can go to the dentist without being nervous. It’s speaks a lot of how well you are treated. They love his humor, smiles and concern in their care. We feel blessed to have him. My girls also go to his office for Orthodontics. Again it’s been a pleasure. Unfortunately my youngest has needed a lot of help in her journey. Dr. Gottlieb and his staff have been there all they can. We don’t have issues that I hear from others, breaking brackets. I highly recommend his practice. You could try to ask for more but I just don’t see you finding better. Thanks Franklinville Family Dentistry work always well done.

I’ve had the best experience so far coming into the office. Everyone is polite and on time for appointments. Dr. Gottlieb is friendly, thorough, and checks in with me to make sure I’m doing okay. No other dentist or office has gone above and beyond for me like Franklinville Family.

I have gone to Dr Gottlieb. Dentist many years now. I have always gotten in quickly and the work has always been excellent. Recently I had a crown fall out on the weekend and I was able to get right in on Monday morning and have it re-glued into place with no problems at all. I hadn’t been there for at least two years but it was like just going in to family. My wife and I both go to Dr Gottlieb. Dentist and both recommend him highly.

Amazing ….the entire office staff are warm, caring, and compassionate! Dr. Gottlieb is absolutely the most caring dentist. He is gentle and makes sure you are completely comfortable. He is great with our children! The assistants Nicole and Ana… are hands down the best.
The minute you walk into the office you feel comfortable with the warm setting in the waiting room and the friendly front desk staff. We have and will continue to recommend Dr. Gotlieb!!
