Amazing ….the entire office staff are warm, caring, and compassionate! Dr. Gottlieb is absolutely the most caring dentist. He is gentle and makes sure you are completely comfortable. He is great with our children! The assistants Nicole and Ana… are hands down the best.
The minute you walk into the office you feel comfortable with the warm setting in the waiting room and the friendly front desk staff. We have and will continue to recommend Dr. Gotlieb!!

Had to get a tooth pulled, and everything went great. I was nervous cause when I was younger I had a couple bad experiences with other dentists, but couldn’t be happier how everything went at Franklinville Family Dentistry. The whole staff and dentist made me feel very comfortable and took great care with me. Can’t say enough good things about them and would recommend if you have had bad experiences in the past with other places, definitely go to Franklinville Family Dentistry!

Dr. Gottlieb is an awesome dentist. I am a big baby but he always makes me feel like everything is going to be okay and puts my mind at ease. He always provides me with pain free dentistry. The office staff is very helpful and can always explain my insurance benefits with confidence. Love it there!

My wife could not believe how nice and friendly we were greeted by your front desk staff when we walked in to your office. She was so impressed with your dental assistants since they had such great concern for her treatment and how they were so well trained in dentistry.
She commented on your techniques and your constant concern for her comfort. Its hard to believe that these comments are being said after a visit to a DENTIST. It sounds like she just came back from the SPA. She is completely impressed and that makes me feel grateful to you and your office. THANK YOU VERY MUCH Dr. Gottlieb.

What to say about Dr Gottlieb. Looking for an upbeat dentist? Look no more.He showed kindness right from his start. He was still under construction. But when. I had enough of a painful wisdom tooth he welcomed me right over. I have also had a root canal, pain free! My daughters started with him at 4 and 7. It’s a lot to know your kids can go to the dentist without being nervous. It’s speaks a lot of how well you are treated. They love his humor, smiles and concern in their care. We feel blessed to have him. My girls also go to his office for Orthodontics. Again it’s been a pleasure. Unfortunately my youngest has needed a lot of help in her journey. Dr. Gottlieb and his staff have been there all they can. We don’t have issues that I hear from others, breaking brackets. I highly recommend his practice. You could try to ask for more but I just don’t see you finding better. Thanks Franklinville Family Dentistry work always well done.

My front tooth chipped and I called for appt and they fit me in to accommodate when I could be there. Since it was MLK day they were busy but Dr Todd was personable and did a nice job fixing my tooth.

Staff, the dentist and Jordan who was with me the longest and totally deserved her paycheck settling me down keeping me calm and still getting her work done, without ever making me feel like I wanted to bolt. Which is my norm with any dentist office from the moment I sit in the chair. After 35 years of hating / dreading missing appts cause I don’t wanna go to the dentist. I think I found success! Thank you all for your patience and taking on a space cadet!

Always Great! I only went for my annual check up and cleaning but as usual the ladies are great and Dr. Gotlieb was his usual happy and helpful self! Love this home town office!
