I called because my friend, Bill Turin, a Disabled Veteran, broke a molar and was in terrible pain, he couldn’t get in anywhere to be seen. I was greeted by a friendly voice and I explained the situation. Even though Bill wasn’t a patient of Dr. Todd’s, I was told to come right over! When we arrived, the always friendly staff gathered the info needed and in a short time Bill was taken in and prepped. In minutes, the Wonderful Dr Todd appeared and chatted with Bill to put him at ease. After studying the X-rays, Dr Todd went to work and in No time at all, had the broken molar out and A very impressed and Happy Bill on his feet, ready to go home! The next day I received a phone call from Dr. Todd himself , checking in to make sure Bill was doing good, it was so nice! Ahhh! Had to get a tooth pulled, and everything went great. I was nervous cause when I was younger I had a couple bad experiences with other dentists, but couldn’t be happier how everything went at Franklinville Family Dentistry. The whole staff and dentist made me feel very comfortable and took great care with me. Can’t say enough good things about them and would recommend if you have had bad experiences in the past with other places, definitely go to Franklinville Family Dentistry!
